Board Certified Physician Assistant l Functional Medicine Health Consultant

I have been working in health care as a Board Certified Physician Assistant for over 12 years.  I earned my Bachelor's of Allied Health Science with a double minor in Biology and Psychology from the University of Connecticut and a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Mercy College. I received extensive education in functional medicine from the Functional Medicine University. 

I am originally from Western New York but now reside right outside of Nashville, TN with my husband Bob and our two kids Mya (5) and Jonathan (3) and our sweet chocolate labradoodle Zoe.  

You will usually find me chasing around my two kids, running outside or on my peloton.

I have an incredible passion for health and wellness and believe that optimal health comes from the root cause of disease. 

My mission is help clients regain control of their lives and feel the best version of themselves.
